  1. Why does the loading mechanism occasionally loads more than one disc?

    2. Printer errors out (flashing "arrow down" button) because the first dropped disc failed to slide flat on the tray.
    Once an operator clears an error by pressing the flashing "arrow down" button, the loading mechanism drops a second disc on top of the first disc.
    • Raise the back of a printer about 0.5 inches, this will help discs to drop flat on the tray.
    • Clear off any ink residue of the disc slider and the tray.
    • Apply some liquid Teflon on the disc slider and the tray.
    • Use different kind of media and observe if problem migrates.
  2. Does MantraJet support HP58 ink cartridge?
