Manufacturer recommends that your printer be maintained regularly. Maintenance frequency depends on usage of the equipment. Annual maintenance will extend trouble free operation for years to come.
Very often, our clients send their equipment for service during so called "slow times". Times when the equipment is not critically needed to keep up with orders deadline. Such times allow service the equipment at the lowest dependency.
Regular maintenance consists of:
- Cleaning ink build up of critical parts.
- Inspect and overhaul any wear and tear of physical components.
- Run a diagnostic test, configure printer's offset (align printing head).
- Maintenance work is under limited warranty.
To service your equipment one must request RMA number.

RMA is required for the technical support department to keep track your equipment and to help service and return your equipment as fast as possible (usual turn around time is 1-2 business days).
